
Brasil Workout for in between
Coordination, senses sharpening, mobilization of the spine and strengthening of the muscles – this can be achieved in between with the Brasil.
Coordination / Senses sharpening. One hand shakes a Brasil next to the ear, the other hand throws and catches a Brasil. Each side for about 20 seconds.
Mobilization of the thoracic spine. Alternately roll one Brasil back and forth on the thigh. Approx. 1 minute
Strengthening the back extensor muscles. Tilt the upper body diagonally forward. Shake the Brasil in extension of the head in the opposite direction. 20 seconds, rest, 20 seconds
