Aero-Step® XL - blau

The Aero-Step XL - made in Germany - is an inflated trainings tool made of patented Ruton. It features a needle valve for regulating the air charge. The Aero-Step XL can bear a weight of at least 200 kg. The material is odourless, latex-free and made of 100% recyclable plastic. The manufacturer offers a 30 year warranty for the product. Exercise poster and air pump are included.

What is it good for?
Training with the Aero-Step XL can enhance joint stability. Muscles are strengthened in depth. More than 1000 spiky knobs stimulate the foot reflex zone and can lead to a better blood circulation as a result of the massage effect. Joint stability is improved, balance is found, imbalances are corrected and reflexes and reactions are promoted.

How does it work?
No matter whether it is being used in a dorsal, ventral or standing position for leg axis training, due to the instability caused by the air inside the dual chambers of the Aero-Step XL, every known exercise becomes a unique experience and a real challenge. The connecting plate at the bottom of the Aero-Step XL offers the stability necessary to ensure a super adhesion to the ground. This combination leads to fast training results.
