With its intelligent filling of air and weight you create a targeted movement feedback (shaking effect). The handy deep muscle trainer for health and figure causes a tightening of the tissue and strengthening of the deep muscles. The Brasil Workout works like this: with the space-saving training device - made in Germany from 100% recyclable material - the deep muscles are activated in small training units. The Original Dynair Ball Cushion Senso - made in Germany - is an air-filled and dynamic training device. One side with round, soft Senso nubs, one side with a velvety-smooth surface. It is considered an uncomplicated and space-saving alternative to the large ball and is used as a base for back and fitness training in sitting, standing and lying positions. One side has a velvety smooth surface, the other is equipped with gentle Senso nubs for optimal ventilation.

What does the application achieve?
A healthy, strong back and a stable body center. The back is effectively and easily relieved and trained along the way. The intervertebral discs are gently kept in motion and the muscles along the spine are trained. The upright posture can be optimized.
