The training DVD for the "Healthy & Beautiful - Slim & Sexy" concept with Gabi Fastner. In every single workout the TOGU Brasil's and the TOGU Jumper mini are combined.

At the same time this allows you to shape your figure and intelligently strengthen the deep muscles. The deep muscle layers are not only crucial for a well-formed figure, they also protect against damage in joints and signs of wear and tear.

Together with the deep abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor, the small muscles around the spine stabilise our trunk, shape the waist and thus strengthen our body's centre.
