TOGU highlights for FIBO 2019

Healthy Training: Try it - love it!

From 4th to 7th April 2019, TOGU presents new products and bestsellers at the FIBO, the leading international trade fair for fitness, wellness and health in Cologne. Highlights of this year's premium manufacturer of air-filled training and therapy equipment are the TOGU Challenge Disc 2.0 and the Jacaranda® Ball. Visitors will be able to stand in balance (Hall 7 / B71) with experts such as gymnastics teacher Gabi Fastner and the Faszio® coordination team and train the sensorimotor system. TOGU Challenge Disc 2.0 Targeted feedback training for all performance levels and ages, without any instructive instructions from a coach - the TOGU Challenge Disc 2.0 makes it possible. The built-in motion sensor in the multi-axis, patented platform transmits the measured data via Bluetooth into a free app (available for Win, Mac, Android and iOS). There the movements of the athletes are compared with scientifically founded standard values and training programs. Training on the sensory feedback plate is thus ideal for automating and optimizing the movement or coordination processes of the lower extremities and the trunk. This type of feedback enriches the training of health and top athletes, therapists and coaches. Jacaranda® Stable and flexible like a tree - this training effect can be optimally achieved with the Jacaranda® Ball by TOGU. In her recently published Jacaranda® training book gymnastics teacher Gabi Fastner demonstrates a variety of exercises for flexibility, strength and coordination. During training, the free-moving stainless steel balls are vibrated inside the 400-gram Jacaranda® ball and transmitted to the entire body. The low-lying muscles, especially in the abdominal and back area, is activated and stabilized.
