Children in balance with the Jumper® mini

With the concept by Jochen Neff for children, the Jumper® mini from TOGU, guaranteed dynamics and movement in your sport lesson. Jochen Neff is a trained sports instructor, sports therapist and personal fitness coach. As an instructor, he works worldwide as a personal fitness trainer, athlete trainer and lecturer. Take a few exercises for the Jumper mini, inventing certain animal names for the exercises, and tell a suitable story. Whenever the word of the exercise occurs, the children must take this position and keep it until the next exercise. [gallery size="medium" ids="6081,6080,6079"]   The story: Once upon a time there was a rabbit, who happily jostled over the meadows on a beautiful summer's day. Suddenly he met a turtle. The turtle lay on his back and struggled wildly around. The rabbit asks: "Why are you lying on your back? What happened to you?" "Oh rabbit, I jumped from over 3000 meters high. I turned to the left, turned to the right back and forth, and even turned left once, turn right once. And then landed on my back." Told the turtle its accident. And now I try again to come to my feet .. The story can then be continued and supplemented with further exercises. Concept and story by Jochen Neff
