The official gymnastics festival closing ceremony in the Mannheim Carl-Benz Stadium on May 24th, 2013, was the end of a week full of highlights and top performances in gymnastics at the Gymnastics Festival 2013. Even rainy weather couldn't stop visitors from filling up the Gymnastics Festival venues.
A diverse programme of sports competitions, workshops, interactive events, shows and entertainment programmes was on offer at the Gymnastics Festival trade fair, as well as the possibility to discover new trends. There were around 70,000 visitors according to the German Gymnastics Association and organisers. In the hall events more than 100,000 sports enthusiasts filled the event locations and over 163,000 visitors were counted on the festival mile in town. In total more than 8,000 volunteers worked at the event.
TOGU, official outfitter of the International Gymnastics Festival 2013, made it possible for the visitors to the Gymnastics Festival to test various TOGU products in a space of 130 m², and to buy them. It also organised shows with the KNS-Move "Jumper Crew" using the products, and held extremely popular workshops at the Gymnastics Festival Academy, where visitors could try our Brasils, Aero-Step and many other TOGU products.
